NYE 2025 Menu

Course 1:
- Zensai patter (Mozuku seaweed w, amazu cherry & ice plant, scallop w. yoghurt mayo & caviar, tamago & unagi skewer w. oroshi)
- Octopus carpaccio w. wasabi dressing, shio kombu, ikura

Course 2:
- Crispy rice sushi w. tuna tartare, green chilli mayo, caviar
- Bincho grilled skewers (chicken yakitori w. kizami nori, pork belly & cherry tomato w. lemon salt)
- Chawanmushi w. shiso dashi

Course 3:
- M9 wagyu steak w. spicy yakiniku
- Kale ohitashi w. konnyaku & king oyster mushroom

Course 4:
- Matcha & strawberry tiramisu
- Red bean monaka w. mochi and kinako
