   - Yuzu oyster, corn tofu w. dashi soy, grilled octopus w. pickled cherry tomato, nori crisp w. miso cream cheese

2. Sashimi & sushi

   - Salmon & kingfish sashimi
   - Snapper maki roll w. shiso, avocado, ume

3. Agemono

   - Lobster tempura w. kale chips, yuzu mayo

4. Yakimono

   - Chicken yakitori

   - Wagyu onigiri skewer

5. Hoba leaf wagyu

   - Robbins Island M9 wagyu w. hoba miso

6. Udon

   - Aburaage wrapped inaniwa udon w. soy dashi, ikura, yuzu oroshi

7. Dessert

   - Yuzu crème brûlée

This set menu offering is priced at $128 per person, with bookings essential. Vegetarian option is available. However, we are not able to cater to other dietaries requirements for this event.
