Course 1: Delight in the elegance of chef's selection of premium assorted sashimi and sushi, showcasing the finest seafood with delicate precision.

Course 2: Indulge in the luxurious A5 Kagoshima Wagyu cooked over Binchōtan, perfectly paired with takikomi gohan, roasted pumpkin, and a comforting miso soup.

Course 3: End your romantic feast with our Matchamisu – a Bincho Boss twist on the classic matcha tiramisu, balancing creamy layers and earthy matcha & white chocolate for the perfect sweet finish.

For an elevated experience, our set menu includes an optional drinks pairing ($45pp):

• Course 1 - a glass of Rob Dolan Blanc de Blanc.

• Course 2 - a glass of Paxton Tempranillo.

• Course 3 - our special Valentine’s Day cocktail – Ichigo Affair, a romantic blend to end the evening on a sweet note.
